How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:
• Signing an SMS Consent Form during intake.
• Completing an online opt-in form on our website that includes your mobile phone number and an SMS consent checkbox.
• Completing another client form that includes your mobile phone number and SMS consent.
• Providing documented verbal consent using the following script:

"With your permission, Stepping Stones Therapeutics can send text messages to your mobile phone regarding appointments, scheduling changes, cancellations, therapist scheduling, office closures, and other service-related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Do you agree to receive these text messages?"

Your verbal consent is documented before any SMS messages are sent.

Program Description

SMS messages are sent only for appointment reminders, scheduling updates, cancellations, attendance notifications, requests for documentation, and other customer care communications. No marketing messages are sent.
