 Description: We are currently seeking qualified and motivated individuals interested in joining our team located in Delaware and Montgomery County, PA (Greater Philadelphia Area).

Individuals will receive extensive training and be responsible for providing direct and indirect therapeutic services to children with autism and other intellectual, speech, and developmental disabilities. Therapy is directed to decrease maladaptive behaviors and increase language and communication skills, social skills, appropriate play skills, and daily living skills. All programs will be directed by a lead practitioner and ongoing training will be provided by the clinical director as well as supervisors.

 ABA Requirements:  

  1. Bachelor's degree (RBT); Master’s degree (BCBA)

  2. RBT/BCBA certification

  3. Relevant previous experience

  4. Must enjoy working with children, have great communication skills, be well organized, flexible, patient, and dependable.

  5. Must have reliable means of transportation

SLP requirements:

  1. Speech Language Pathology License (Required)

  2. Masters degree from an accredited program

  3. CCC (CFY considered)

  4. Experience or interest in the following areas, including but not limited to: receptive/expressive language, pragmatics, AAC (preferred)

  5. Must have reliable means of transportation
